The company is hiring an experienced Restaurant IT Application Manager to manage restaurant IT systems, support digital transformation, and drive business growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced IT professionals seeking a high-paying management role with a salary of up to SAR 20,000 per month.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Application Management

• Manage POS (Posist), HRMS, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365), AI platforms, and related applications.
• Ensure system performance, software updates, patch management, and configuration across all restaurant branches.

Integration & Interoperability

• Integrate ERP, CRM, payment gateways, and delivery platforms.
• Maintain accurate business reporting through Power BI and Power Platform.

System Administration & Security

• Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, PDPL, and data governance standards.

AI & Analytics

• Implement AI-driven forecasting and labor optimization.
• Provide actionable business insights to improve sales, reduce waste, and optimize operational costs.

Infrastructure & Cloud Management

• Manage cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Oversee backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.

IT Projects

• Lead IT setup for new restaurant branches.
• Manage IT rollout, implementation, and change management projects.

Vendor & SLA Management

• Coordinate with vendors and monitor service level agreements.
• Optimize IT service quality and operational costs.

Technical Support & IT Governance

• Ensure reliable Level 1 and Level 2 IT support.
• Develop IT policies, documentation, governance standards, and performance reporting.

Applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with POS systems (such as Posist), Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, HRMS, AI platforms, Azure, and AWS.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, payment gateways, databases, and enterprise system integrations.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and data governance.
• Experience in the QSR, restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
