Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should fulfill the following requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in shutdown, turnaround (TA), maintenance, planning, scheduling, or project execution.
- Good communication and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Candidates with Gulf experience will have an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
Depending on the position, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Planning and scheduling maintenance and shutdown activities.
- Preparing work schedules and project timelines.
- Coordinating with engineering and maintenance teams.
- Managing turnaround materials and resources.
- Ensuring quality standards and compliance with project specifications.
- Preparing reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
