Salary: OMR 250 – 300 per month
Responsibilities
- Supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations.
- Coordinate maintenance teams and daily activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of building services.
- Monitor project and maintenance schedules.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in facility management projects.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
2. BMS Technician
Salary: OMR 180 – 220 per month
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot automation and control issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BMS software and automation systems.
- Technical certification in building automation.
3. Electronic Technician
Salary: OMR 180 – 210 per month
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electronic equipment.
