Required Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following educational requirements:

• Interior Design Degree or Diploma
• BIM Certification preferred
• Strong technical knowledge of interior drafting and detailing
• Professional experience in interior fit-out projects

Note: Civil engineering candidates are not eligible for this position.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must possess:

• Extensive experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
• Strong background in joinery drafting and detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit
• BIM (Building Information Modeling) certification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior design and drafting projects
• Ability to prepare shop drawings, detailed drawings, and construction documentation

Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Preparing detailed interior fit-out drawings
• Developing joinery and furniture shop drawings
• Creating technical drafting documentation
• Coordinating with design and project teams
• Producing AutoCAD and BIM-based drawings
• Ensuring drawings comply with project specifications and standards
• Assisting with project planning and execution activities
