Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for these positions, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas shutdown projects.
- Relevant educational qualifications, trade certificates, or technical diplomas.
- Strong understanding of refinery, petrochemical, maintenance, or shutdown operations.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Age below 45 years.
- Valid UAE license for operator and driver positions.
Candidates with Gulf experience and previous Descon project experience will have an added advantage.
