- Experience in shutdown planning and execution
- Strong knowledge of scheduling tools and project timelines
Planners – TA
- Experience in maintenance planning and shutdown coordination
- Ability to manage project schedules and resources
Supervisory Roles
Rigging Supervisor – TA
- Experience in rigging operations during shutdown projects
- Ability to manage lifting operations and team coordination
Technical & Engineering Roles
Mechanical Site Engineers (Static)
- Experience in static equipment maintenance and shutdown work
- Knowledge of inspection and repair processes
Welding Engineers
- Experience in welding procedures and inspection standards
- Ability to manage welding activities during shutdown
QA/QC & Specialized Roles
QA/QC Inspector – Welding (CSWIP 3.2.2)
- Certification in CSWIP 3.2.2 mandatory
- Experience in welding inspection for shutdown projects
