The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising various MEP maintenance operations, including:
- HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Electrical system supervision and maintenance
- Generator operation and maintenance
- Plumbing systems maintenance
- Fire alarm and firefighting system supervision
- Managing facility maintenance operations
MEP Supervisors will also coordinate with maintenance teams and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Applicants should meet the following qualifications and experience criteria:
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in MEP maintenance
- Experience working with systems such as:
- HVAC systems
- Electrical systems
- Generators
- Plumbing systems
- Fire alarm and firefighting systems
Candidates with experience in facility management companies will be highly preferred.
