• Ensuring hygiene and safety compliance

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience

2. Demi Chef De Partie

The Demi Chef De Partie assists the CDP and helps in maintaining smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in food preparation and cooking
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene

• Relevant culinary experience

Commi 2 is an entry-level culinary role supporting senior kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience
• Knowledge of Turkish, Lebanese, Persian, or Grill cuisine
• Good attitude and teamwork skills

• Persian cuisine
• Grill cuisine
