Requirements :
- All Supervisor/Team Leaders must have shipyard experience.
- Welders should be skilled in SMAW + FCAW/4G/18mm X 300 Plate with ceramic backing strip.
- Platers should have shipyard experience, ability to read drawings, and knowledge of gas cutting/gouging.
