- Degree/Diploma (Mech) with 8 to 10 years experience in steel plant erection
- Site Engineers
- Degree (Mech) with 5 to 8 years experience in steel plant erection
- QC Engineers (CSWIP + BGas)
- Degree/Diploma (Mech) with 8+ years experience in steel plants
- HSE Engineers
- Degree/Diploma (Mech) + NEBOSH with 8+ years experience in industrial plants
