- Bob Cat Operators: Salary 140 BD + Good Overtime
- Heavy Vehicle Drivers: 120 BD + Overtime, Above 8 hrs: 1.25x Pay, Holidays: 1.5x Pay
- Concrete Mixer Drivers: 140 BD + Overtime, Beyond 80 Loads: 3x Overtime after target
- Hiab Truck Drivers: 140 BD + Overtime, Beyond operate a Hiab crane to load/unload concrete blocks: 3x Overtime
