Requirements :
- Provide engineering support (electrical, mechanical, architectural, QA/QC)
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco, international, and local standards
- Review designs, conduct system evaluations, recommend improvements, and resolve technical issues
- Prepare cost estimates, procurement documents, and manage materials in SAP
- Oversee project planning, execution, inspections, audits, and document control
- 5+ years relevant experience in engineering, project planning, or document control
- Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and quality systems
- Preferred: Telecom/network engineering and capital project experience
