Telephonic / Zoom Interview
• General Manager (Civil) (Construction Division)
must have a proven track record of minimum 7 years in civil management position.
Effective communicator and leader and well versed in English.
Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple teams.
Ability to analyze costings and estimates for projects.
manage available resources efficiently and effectively.
must be a civil engineer with management expertise.
should visit sites to appraise project development.
must be an expert in planning and execution.
must liase with customers directly for new projects.
will be directly responsible to drum up new business for the company.
must be able to report to directors on various projects.
must be able to create time frame and accurate QS costing for projects.
must be able to liase between structural engineer, architect, clients and relevant authorities.
must be able to source materials as per projects’ needs.
must be able to get manpower as per requirements.
Salary: USD2000/month + (1% new project signing bonus)
Age limit: under 50 Years
• Electro Mechanical Technician (Bottling Plant)
Must have minimum 7 years experience in a bottling plant Maintenance technician/engineer.
Must be able to diagnose, design and repair electrical and electronic issues with machinery
must be an expert in service, repair and operations of beverage/water bottling line which includes (Water treatment plant, Reverse Osmosis treatment plant, Ozone machinery, Bottle Unscrambler, Rinising-filling-capping machine, labelling machine, shrink wrapping machine, CO2 exchanger, CIP systems, Mixing Tanks, Boiler units)
must be an expert in service, repair and operations of bottle blowing using semi auto and automatic blowing equipment.
Must be expert in service, repair and operations of high and low pressure air compressor systems.
must be able to fabricate and provide solutions to mechanical issues
will be directly responsible for reducing machinery downtime and production.
must possess good people skills to allocate and utilize manpower effectively.
must ensure safety and quality of products.
Must be a hard worker and ensure high productivity without compromising on quality.
effective utilization of machinery.
must conduct periodic Maintenance.
Salary: USD 700/month
Food Allowance: 1500/month Seychelles
Age limit: under 40 Years
